So, I'm getting slightly concerned. After today I am 25k words into this story and four chapters in, with a prelude, and a song somewhere down the road. Not sure what is going on, but it is obvious that this story will be a bit bigger than expected. Today, as the title suggests, I rounded off chapter four as The Wanderer, who now surprisingly has a name, interacts with two other members of The Black Thistle death dealers. It is discussed that something has happened to the death dealers, a cleansing perhaps. It seems as if the Wanderer wants to walk the fine line between good and bad, and I have not decided if they are a victim of circumstance or just is plain evil.
Anyway, happy about the setting of a secret lair underground, a bit of a nod to Skyrim, but hey what can you do.
Tomorrow I tackle chapter five. The Party comes together and maybe some Karsten, who knows.
