Chronicles is a work in progress set in a not too distant future. I have imagined it as several short stories, almost in chapbook form set in the same world. The idea is that the stories are independent of each other, yet still connected by various recurring characters and places. The future that Chronicles is set in is a dystopian world where large corporations and various political figures fight to gain the power of the Mega Cities that spread out over a world. like huge monsters of steel and glass, ravaged by an ever failing climate.
The stories mostly follow characters on the outskirts of society and their struggles to survive in a violent reality where their odds of survival are not great. So far I have three stories planned and have started planning them out. I have here included them and will add more as I think of them and also link to them as they are ready for the world.

In the Mega City of Racine, the brat-gang The Argonauts struggle to maintain dominance in their sector while at the same time being torn apart by inner turmoil and personal issues. When their leader Iason is murdered after a successful raid an entirely new problem arises.

When Menoc Aie becomes the target of one of the largest corporations in SoCal he flees beyond the Shadowlands with his friends Michael Caine and BP. But his dreams of a tranquil existence far from his former life is crushed as he becomes an unwilling pawn in the violent power struggle of one of the largest casinos in Outland.
Chronicles III: Sing This Song
When the bounty hunter Camptown Kid ventures into thye Shadowlands to find the criminal Jops Derringer he stumbles across a razed box city. Among the ruins he finds evidence of something far worse than petty crimes, something that could bring down one of the largest corporations in Mega City Lone Star. Evidence that quickly turns him from hunter to hunted.
